Accessing Your Admin Portal

 

Log into your custom GearUp Shop.

 

A)  Click on My Account.

 

Dashboard

 

A)  View a quick Dashbord with highlights about your Company Gear Store.

B)  View Recent Activity.

C)  View activities at the global level.

D)  View your personal activity.

 

Assign Roles

 

A) View all of your contacts.

B) Assign team member roles for your store.

C)  Assign AP to have access to make payments.

 

 

Purchases

A)  View all your team's orders. 

B)  Easily check the status of any order.

C)  Click on the order number to see the invoice with full order details.

 

Products and Delivery

 

Every order is custom produced in our Factory to ensure product quality and lead-time is met.

Your associate's order will be double-checked for accuracy and professionally packaged before is is shipped or delivered.

Accounts Payable

 

If you have selected terms for your Store, you will be able to manage your payments.  You can also choose to have your associates pay for their purchase when they place their orders.

 

A)  View invoices to be paid, see payment history and review statements.

B)  Selcet and quickly pay invoices online or mail a check.
